I have long been a fan of movies with uplifting spiritual messages. And as you’ve probably noticed, there are more of them than ever before.
One of my all time favorite spiritual movies is Hereafter, directed by none other than Clint Eastwood. It’s a very accurate depiction of the challenges faced by those who have the “second sight” or psychic gifts.
Questions about HPV and whether getting the HPV vaccine will protect you and your children from getting cervical, throat, and other cancers are on the forefront of many people’s minds. The added interest is due in part to Michael Douglas’s announcement that his throat cancer was caused by the HPV virus, which he contracted while having oral sex. (More on this in a minute.)
I’m sure you’ve heard of a midlife crisis. But there’s another transition, called the quarter-life crisis, which can be equally trying. Your quarter-life is the time when you transition to adulthood, and usually coincides with graduating from college until about age 30. It can be downright terrifying to be on your own for the first time and to realize that your formal education didn’t prepare you for the real world.
