How To Change Your Habits For Good

by Christiane Northrup, M.D.

All of us have constricting habits that we use to stay in our comfort zones. Habits can slip below the level of your consciousness and determine what we think and do. If you’re not careful, habits can keep you stuck in a rut, even when you know a person, or situation or relationship isn’t working.

In this video I tell you how to change those habits that are not serving you. You will learn how to tackle your fears, set goals, change your mindset and have the tough conversations that go along with change at this level. Most of all, you will learn what it feels like to live up to your full potential.

Thanks for the reminder of what power I would have to give up to change – safety/security. I, also, will look at Carol Tuttle’s website. Thanks for that resource. I look forward to having a better digestive system after making changes.

A big thank you for the time it takes for you to produce these video blogs. They are free, and yet still full of gems to live by. You are so generous with your experience. And . . . it’s been so fun to watch your look change with what must be your own interpersonal work. How fun!
