    Thank you Christiane!!! Your wisdom inspires me. Interesting what you say about light. I never visit restaurants that do not have enough light. I have always prefer open places that use the sunlight.
    I love walking on trails in parks. I feel rejuvenated, alive and happy.

    Thanks Christiane! I’m an avid gardener and so love getting out in the light during the warmer seasons. Of course, where I live, winter is another matter. And yes, it makes a difference to how I feel, for sure. Also, in response to your written comments about soy, as someone who eats a plant-based diet, I use quite a bit of soy, but it’s ALWAYS organic, non-gmo soy. I would never consume the round-up ready variety. Poison isn’t good for any of us. 🙂

    I don’t like the part when you tell us to read these affirmations…its words from outside..I need words from my inside….that I CHOOSE….I like the medical part.
