Hopefully you will find yourself enjoying hydration without drinking a lot of extra water. I find that when I “eat” my water in the form of fruits and vegetables– and also add a pinch of Celtic or Himalayan salt to water plus or minus chia seeds– I feel so much better than when I just tried to chug regular water all day. And did nothing but run to the bathroom!! Thank you for your comment!
