I enjoyed your caregiver video. There’s not a point in it I haven’t experienced as a caregiver. I wish I’d had the opportunity to watch this ten years ago as I had to learn all these issues first hand as they came to me and by myself. Still it’s been worth every minute and I would do it all again. I’m a 56 year old man taking care of my 91 year Uncle. He has Lewy Body Dementia. I’m not sure if the stats regarding how many male caregivers there are in Canada/USA but I’m sure it’s fairly low but will be increasing as baby boomers age.
Thanks for the insight. It was a refresher course for all I’ve experienced the past 12 years.
