At the beginning of August 2022 woke up out of the blue with a painful right shoulder, neck and pain on my right side. Still have mobility but hurts when I lift my arm behind my head. I have been doing Yoga asana movement and stretch daily since January 1 2022. And I thought I may have hurt myself doing one of the yoga poses downward facing dog. But now that I have listened to your presentation on frozen shoulder I’m certain I have frozen shoulder. I have been doing daily stretching practices to relieve the pain. I am 52 yrs and had my last period in March 2022. I also thought the pain had something to do with menopause and hormones. I’m doing the digested asana practices that you recommend and hope with time healing will take place. Thank you Janet

Thank you for this video, I think so much of the advice you offer here can also be applied to so many other similar body pains! And when you spoke about accepting compliments, it made me realize that by accepting the kindness that someone else is offering, we are also returning it to them, because they can see that their compliment has made us happy. And, speaking of compliments, I always think how pretty your hair looks when I watch your videos, and that I find the sound of your voice very soothing.
Thank you so much for this. Wonderfull and heartfelt comment!
