I pledged to PBS. Where do I find my priority code?

After receiving your PBS pledge package in the mail, your Priority Code can be found on the postcard inside your package.

After entering my activation code, I received a message that the code is not valid.

Do I need to enter a credit card to activate the online course?

No, you will not be asked for a credit card. However, a full name, address, and email are required to complete the course activation process. If you are asked for a credit card, do not complete your order. Please contact Hay House Customer Support.

After I activate my online course, how do I return to it?

You will receive a confirmation email with a link so you can access the online course again and again. You can also access the course anytime by logging in to your Hay House Customer Account.
