My gynocologist said to my comment of having uregency to go to the restroom that my uterus was low during the exam and that a hysterectomy might help but I’m not having any other issues. Who would I see for a lift of the uterus or the bladder? Is that helpful for this? He said that he only does a uterus lift for ones who have a tilted uterus and mine is not. Thank you.
My doctor wants to do a hysterectomy and removal of ovaries and fallopian tube’s in order to repair my prolapsed bladder and it looks like some of my vaginal wall. This she can do by going through my vagina rather than making incisions outside my body. Is this safer and recommended than any other type of surgery?

I have recently had bi-lateral oophrectomy after it was discovered I had pseudomyxoma peritonei. They also took my omenteum and appendix. I wouldnt let them take my uterus bowel etc or give me chemo. I would like to know if I could take Peuraria Marifica, would it still give the usual benefits seeings I don’t have ovaries? The surgeon said my uterus looked “weird” apart from the large fibroid apparently it looked spongey.

Too late for me. I woke up to having had a full Hysto.
I only gave permission for removal due to endometriosis. When I woke up doc said the good news was that there was no endometriosis.
I asked the reason. Prolapsed uterus. Mine was tipped and I had 10.5 and 20.7 lb babies. I was perfectly happy with my uterus. She had no answer for why they stripped my ovaries. Felt so violated.
Still. Statute of limitations is long gone.
Just now learning to stand up for myself at what some call an advanced age. Hah. Ageless.
