Interesting video but factually incorrect. In the beginning you say that 2 silces of whole wheat bread has 6 tsp of sugar (which horrified me since I love a good whole wheat bread). The actual fact (google it) is 2 slices of whole wheat bread have about 3.2gm of sugar or a little less than 1 tsp. My guess this varies according to the quality of bread as well. You also don’t mention that sugar absorption is mitigated by high fiber in food (better to eat an apple ) than drink apple juice

    I love you!!
Just wondering though: what about the glycemic index / we all need carbs for energy / what about the rate of absorption of sugar? Glycemic index of a baked potato same as the candy bar if the potato is naked but is reasonable if that baked potato is saturated with melted butter, sour cream, bacon, all the stuff we weren’t supposed to put on it in the 80s – if we have our sugar treat with plenty of fat for example. Just trying to justify cheesecake 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

Thank you. I am a RN. I have known for years patients were not getting better due to not facing the truth about how they were living their lives. A few brave souls would face down their fears of doing the life style changes and do the work. They found life could be good and healing took place. The dependency on meds and doctors lessened.
You are so cute in how you tell your truth. It is easy to consider your advice and give it a try.
