Grateful for this video and your ground-breaking presence in this world!
I’m 60 years old and am claiming my future today. I will have the happiness that has always alluded me…because of me.
I will end these cycles of pain syndromes and not rely on hoping to feel okay, but actually FEEL good.
I take 100% responsibility for my health, abundance, and increasing my faith over fear.
I don’t know right now what directions this will take, but I am unwilling to be unhappy any longer.

    This is my vow.
You have inspired my vow. Thank you.

Lisa Have you found one? There are a lot of info way more than 10 years afo seek a professional there are many but it may not be an MD also emotions are important look at energy medicine, diet to start.Ask for guidance last buy not least reach out to to Dr Christiana Northrupt MD
PS how long have you had the issue if it is chronic and affecting your health be careful speaking from my own experience good luck

my fibroids were never removed; However, I too encountered some of those thinkings. I just began eating a lot of yogurt and other foods to support the uterus!… That may not be the answer for everyone, and I realize this… research has always helped me! I read the Mayo Clinic Website and Web MD and Dr. Northrup, of course!

Thanks for this, Dr. Northrup. As you and I discussed on your Hay House radio show on June 21, the next important step in dealing with fear and anger is forgiveness, as fear and anger often produce attitudes and actions that require and/or facilitate forgiveness. Once again, thank you for your generous endorsement of my book, “Outwitting Multiple Sclerosis: How Forgiveness Helped Me Heal My Brain By Changing My Mind.” And thanks for all the good questions on he radio interview . . . I had fun!

This is so SPOT ON!!! So wonderful! I’ve heard many of these things over the years but this is THE MOST SUCCINCT talk on it that I’ve ever heard with the best, clearest, most loving solution plan. So many perfect points are in this short 10 minute presentation that anyone can follow. You are a gift Dr. Northrup. I know many will find their healing path through this video and your programs. I’m sharing it with many! Thank you! Brava!

Thank you for everything you are sharing with us! It is really great to learn from you Dr. Northrup … but I had to stop the video at after 5 minutes to take a break from the loud music in the background – somehow it is very irritating to me . The way you spoke is calming yet the music is definitely not. Maybe you could have more calming music on your videos? Thank you! Hania

Does fear and anger bring on Fibromyalgia

    1. Donna

Ann, I would say that if not the cause, it would def be a contributing factor. Any pain/inflammation in the body can be caused by negative emotions and so it makes sense that doing something about releasing those emotions would help to calm things down.

Dr. Northrup, I have a question about the yawning thing when people are draining your energy. I’ve had a close friend for years that starts this every time she calls me. It’s the oddest thing! I’m a medium and have been working professionally at it for 28 years but I know there’s always more to learn no matter what stage of the game you think your at. For years she’s been in one crisis situation after the other and finally 2 hrs ago I just pulled back when she brought herself into the worst one yet. I used to be so tired after I’d talk to her that I couldn’t think. Since taking back my energy every time she contacts me she yawns like it’s taking everything in her to dump the load and make up the stories to gloss everything over. It’s like just speaking to me is exhausting her. I’m sure I’m not purposely draining her energy, I’m just not giving energy to unworkable situations. Could I be responsible for this weird happening somehow? Thank you for anything that comes up concerning this.

I just adore you, Dr. Northrup. You epitomize the essence of Source: approachable, accessible, loving, funny, real, imperfect, perfect, fallible, humble yet confident, open, giving. I put you in the same category as Esther Hicks/Abraham who has changed my life. I love watching your beautiful face and expressions as you talk. Bless you, bless you, bless you. Kathy
